X-ray astronomy is an observational branch of astronomy which deals with the study of X-ray. Satellites, which can detect and transmit data about the X-ray emissions, are deployed as part of branch of space science known as X-ray astronomy. The first X-ray telescope in astronomy was used to observe the Sun.
