The simplified slope is 7/5. You do the change in y/ change in x. So pretty much you do the y points (11 and -3) and you subtract them. Then you put it over the x points (9 and -1) and subtract them. When you do that you get 14/10 which is 7/5 when you simplify. Hope this helps:)
