The chemical formula of caffeine is C8H10N4O2. Caffeine is only a common name but using IUPAC, it is given the nomenclature 1,3,7-Trimethylpurine-2,6-dione. 1 mole caffeine has 10 moles of hydrogen (as shown in the chemical formula) hence, 2.6 moles caffeine has 26 moles of hydrogen.
